Glow In The Dark Tumbler FAQs

What Type of Ink Is Most Effective for Glow In The Dark Sublimation Projects?

You need to use sublimation ink when working with glow-in-the-dark tumblers and other sublimation blanks. Sublimation-ready drinkware requires sublimation ink to transfer printed artwork onto its coated surface.

What Are the Best Materials for Glow In The Dark Sublimation Tumblers?

The best glow-in-the-dark sublimation tumblers have a polymer-coated surface designed to receive sublimation ink. This coating allows the ink to bond with the tumbler during heating, while the glow-in-the-dark finish creates the luminescent effect.

How Can I Create Custom Glow In The Dark Designs for Tumblers?

You can craft spooky and fun custom glowing tumblers by using graphic design software, like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW. How to Sublimate a Glow In The Dark Tumbler?

Start by creating or selecting a sublimation design sized to fit your glow-in-the-dark tumbler. Print the design onto sublimation paper using a sublimation printer and ink, then secure it to the tumbler with heat-resistant tape. For oven sublimation, cover the tumbler with a shrink wrap sleeve and use a heat gun to tighten it around the tumbler, then follow the manufacturer's recommended oven settings. If you’re using a heat press, wrap the tumbler in butcher paper and place it in the press using the manufacturer's recommended settings. Once finished, remove the tumbler with heat-resistant gloves and peel away the sublimation paper to reveal the design.
