Closeout Sale FAQs

Can I Return or Exchange Closeout Items?

All closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before purchasing to ensure you select the correct tumbler and the quantity you need.

Do Closeout Tumblers Come With Lids?

Most of our tumblers come with durable lids, but this depends on the specific product. Our drinkware also frequently includes other convenient accessories, such as our tumbler with handle options and straws. Be sure to review each tumbler’s product description to confirm it includes a lid or other desired accessories.

Why Are You Discontinuing These Products?

These products are being discontinued as part of our inventory updates to make room for new designs and updated tumblers. Discontinuing older items allows us to offer fresh, innovative, high-quality stainless steel tumblers that you and your customers will love. We recommend taking advantage of these final closeout deals before the items are gone, as they likely will not be restocked.
