Sublimation recommendations for stainless steel products:

Oven: 350 - 380 F for 5-6 minutes
Press: 350 - 380 F for 30 - 45 seconds, rotate 180 degrees, then press another 30 - 45 seconds.

Processing times

Please note it takes 3-5 business days with shipping carrier after processing

Standard Processing: 1-3 business days not including weekends and holidays
Expedited Processing: Within 48 hours not including weekends and holidays
Overnight, 2 and 3 day shipping: Within 48 hours not including weekends and holidays, then will arrive based on the delivery speed. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday, and arrive Tuesday with next day, Wednesday, with two day, Thursday with 3 day.

Return policy

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit.
Items outside of this time period cannot be returned or exchanged.
