Sublimation recommendations for stainless steel products:

Oven: 350 - 380 F for 5-6 minutes
Press: 350 - 380 F for 30 - 45 seconds, rotate 180 degrees, then press another 30 - 45 seconds.

Please note this is a guide and may need to be adjusted to fit your specific press and supplies.
