Customer Service Positions

Customer Service Associate: Should possess creative and crafting knowledge to assist customers in customizing their products and troubleshoot issues related to the customization process. Specifically related to tumblers, t-shirts, and sublimation in general. There is potential for growth in both role and hours.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage over 150 incoming emails quickly throughout your day
  • Must be able to type 50+ WPM
  • Must think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathetic, and professional tone and manner
  • Learn about all products and their features
  • Up-sell and cross-sell
  • Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas.
  • Aim for customer resolution and return.
  • Communicate effectively and address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers
  • Build relationships with necessary customers to assist with high volume account management

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum High school degree or equivalent or higher
  • 2 Year minimum previous experience in customer support
  • Be able to type consistently at 50+ WPM
  • Detail oriented - must work well under pressure while adhering to deadlines
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with gmail, customer support software, and other related computer interfaces
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • Excellent spelling and grammar required
  • Strong relationship developing skills

Job Type: Full-time

  • Salary: $14.00 - $18.86 per hour

Shift:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Hours are 7:30AM - 3:30PM
  • Overtime may be available during the week and on weekends.

  • Monday to Friday
