Sublimation Time & Temps

Sublimation recommendations for ceramic white products:

Oven: 350 - 380 F for 7-8 minutes
Press: 400F for 400 seconds,

Please note this is a guide and may need to be adjusted to fit your specific press and supplies.

Processing times

Please note it takes 3-5 business days with shipping carrier after processing

Standard Processing: 1-3 business days not including weekends and holidays
Expedited Processing: Within 48 hours not including weekends and holidays
Overnight, 2 and 3 day shipping: Within 48 hours not including weekends and holidays, then will arrive based on the delivery speed. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday, and arrive Tuesday with next day, Wednesday, with two day, Thursday with 3 day.

Return policy

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit.
Items outside of this time period cannot be returned or exchanged.
