You will need design or editing software that supports PNG or EPS file formats. Popular software tools that crafters use to edit digital prints include Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and CorelDRAW. 

Can I Use a Standard Inkjet Printer to Apply These Designs?

To apply these designs to your blanks, consider investing in a sublimation printer, which uses special sublimation ink to transfer artwork to sublimation paper. Some crafters opt to install sublimation ink within standard inkjet printers, but this can lead to printer jams and poor printing results. A purpose-built sublimation printer, such as the Sawgrass SG500, is a more reliable option. 

How Do I Use Digital Design Downloads?

After purchasing a digital file, download it and open it in your design software. You can resize, reposition, or customize the artwork to fit your tumbler cups or other sublimatable products. If you’re working with drinkware, it’s helpful to use a digital wrap template to ensure the design fits perfectly on your tumbler or mug.
