OUR RETURN POLICY
- You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit. Items outside of this time period cannot be returned or exchanged. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
- If you receive a defective item or your order is missing an item, please reach out to email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order with pictures and/or video of your defective item or a picture of your packing slip for missing items. Item will be replaced by way of store credit. Items outside of this time period will not be credited or replaced.
- For Hogg Package Protection, if purchased we will assist if the product itself is damaged during transit or if you shipment is proven lost and not received. If the packaging is damaged by Fedex or in transit, we can offer a small credit to compensate you for that damage but can not send replacement boxes or packaging.
Please make sure your cup is not damaged or defective before customizing as no credits or replacements will be issued on customized items.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS IS NON REFUNDABLE.
